We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Country Assistant for Italy
to support the
Country Leader and leadership team
, acting as a key enabler of business effectiveness and leadership coordination.
This role combines
executive assistant responsibilities with broader coordination responsibilities
, requiring strong knowledge of company practices, high discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leadership support, internal communication, and stakeholder engagement across the Italian organization.

You Will Work Closely With
Country Leader and Italian Leadership Team
HR (People Team), Finance, Procurement and Commercial teams
External partners, agencies, and occasionally customers and institutions

Your Challenge
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and personal assistant support to the Country Leader
Support HR and other functional leadership with administrative coordination and activities
Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses
Organize leadership meetings, conferences, employee events and office activities
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Draft, coordinate and distribute internal communications
Manage documentation, including legal correspondence and confidential files
Act as liaison with internal functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) and external stakeholders
Coordinate vendor interactions, accounts payable processes, and procurement-related activities
Support marketing or communication materials and corporate initiatives when needed
Serve as a key point of contact ensuring alignment and responsiveness on the managed matters
Handle all confidential employee and business information with discretion
Requirements
Essential
High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Availability to work on-site in Cremona (Monday to Friday)
Preferred
2–3+ years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or office support roles
Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Exposure to HR administration, legal documentation, procurement, or internal communications
Bachelor's degree would be a plus
