ppBulgari Italia, within its bMarketing Communication Department /b, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactive bMarketing Specialist /b to join the team based in bRome /b. /ppIn this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives for the Business Partners channel, including bFranchisees and Wholesalers /b across bItaly and Southern Eastern Europe /b (Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine). /ph3Main Responsibilities: /h3pThe candidate will support the team in the following key activities: /pulliDevelop and implement structured bMarketing Communication plans /b in collaboration with Business Partners, ensuring strong brand consistency across all channels. /liliPlan, coordinate, and execute bevents and marketing activities /b organized with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with Bulgari’s quality standards. /liliDefine and manage bmedia plans /b together with Business Partners, covering traditional media, social media, digital platforms, and out-of-home visibility. /liliSupport bVisual Merchandising activities /b for Business Partners.



/liliSupport Business Partners in the effective management of bmarketing and communication budgets /b, ensuring compliance with contractual spending commitments. /liliConduct bad hoc post-event analyses /b to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. /liliPrepare bmonthly reports for HQ /b, as well as internal meeting materials and presentations. /li /ulh3Job Requirements: /h3ulli5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role /liliFluency in both Italian and English considered as a must. /liliExcellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) /li /ulh3Competencies: /h3ulliHighly organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /liliDistinctive communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. /liliHighly motivated and flexible, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time. /liliPositive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
