ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 /brul /brliSupport data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes from multiple sources /li /brliPerform data exploration and advanced analytics to identify patterns, trends, and business insights /li /brliBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and support decision making /li /brliDevelop pricing and underwriting models /li /brlibDesign and prototype AI applications /b /li /brliConduct research and development to find novel technical solutions /li /br /ul /brh3KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE /h3 /brul /brli4-7 years of previous experience in Insurance/Consulting companies or in roles focused on data analysis /li /brliMaster's degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent /li /brlibExcellent knowledge of SQL and Python /b /li /brliExperience in developing statistical and machine learning models /li /brliProficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint /li /brliStrong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills /li /brliTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures /li /brliFluent in English (both written and spoken) /li /br /ul /brh3NICE TO HAVE /h3 /brul /brliKnowledge of Spark /li /brliExperience in WTW suites (Radar, Emblem) /li /brliPractical experience in AI tools and frameworks (e.g., custom AI skills, agentic workflows, MCP, RAG pipelines) /li /br /ul /brpPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time,



the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000,00 gross and € 50.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
