For our Rome Laurentina office, we are looking for an Industrial Security Secretariat Officer The inclusion of a resource in the Industrial Security sector aims to increase support for classified activities, also through the assumption of one of the roles foreseen by DPCM ****** and subsequent amendments.
Activities:



the correct application of the provisions on the protection and safeguarding of classified information; the management of classified documentation and security clearances for personnel at the competent office; the correct application of the provisions for the national and international movement of classified materials and the organization of transport; support for the management of classified tenders, contracts and programs and all that is foreseen by DPCM n.

Requirements: Education: diploma/degree Required experience level: junior Technical skills: knowledge of national/international regulations regarding the protection of classified information; Language skills: good written and spoken knowledge of English Computer skills: Office Package Behavioral skills: reserved personality, ability to manage emergencies and make decisions for successful outcomes, reliability, precision, excellent interpersonal skills with institutional contacts, organizational and management skills, and teamwork ability.
