Seeking a Project Manager experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines for a large-sized project in Saudi Arabia (Client Saudi Aramco).
The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction of pipelines.
Essential duties Maintain relationships with Top Management of the Clients.
Attending project meetings with the Client Ensure the correct application of the terms and conditions of the ongoing contracts.
Monitoring of project resources identifying potential optimizations.
Prepare reports, consolidating progress and highlighting areas of concern.
Monitor the overall project/s performance in terms of scheduling, cost, quality and HSE requirements.
Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability.
Identify potential contractual Change Orders and Claims.
Coordinate the preparation and negotiate with Client the variations of the contract.
Foresee clients' requirements and be able to provide appropriate best solutions.
Support the Procurement and Engineering Teams.
