/li /brliStrive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales Service Philosophy.
/li /brliKeep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.
/li /brliEnsure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.
/li /brliFollow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.
/li /brliInvestigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.
/li /brliBuild relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.
/li /brliLook for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
/li /brliWork with your branch team to address member and branch needs.
