We are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. /p pbJob Description /b /p pYou will join the boutique of a prestigious international luxury brand located in the heart of Milan, specializing in both men's and women's ready-to-wear collections. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liDeliver an outstanding personalized shopping experience through luxury client advising. /li liWelcome customers and provide exceptional service while building long-lasting client relationships. /li liDrive client loyalty through effective clienteling, CRM management, and engaging storytelling of products and collections. /li liManage cash register operations and contribute to the growth of the boutique's client portfolio through customer retention initiatives. /li liSupport stockroom operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, organization, replenishment, and adherence to brand standards. /li liDemonstrate familiarity with omnichannel retail by assisting with online orders, shipping activities, and client requests across digital sales channels, including platforms such as Farfetch,
ensuring a seamless customer experience between online and in-store services. /li liMaintain the boutique's visual standards and ensure an impeccable presentation of the sales floor and stock areas. /li /ul pbProfile /b /p pbRequirements /b /p ul libMinimum of 3 years' experience /b as a Client Advisor or Sales Associate within the luxury retail sector, with a strong background in personalized client service. /li liProven ability to build customer loyalty and establish long-term client relationships. /li liExcellent presentation, positive attitude, and a strong team-player mindset. /li libFluent in English is essential.
