- ItalyYour tasks as OES customer contact:Be the first contact for customer’s needs and problem resolutionOrder entry/EDI follow-upPrices database maintenancePayment reportingManagement of customer data at SAPYour profile as OES customer contact:Technical diploma or equivalentProven experience in sales environment, like customer service or sales supportVerbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial mindsetDemonstrated negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approachNative Italian, fluent in English; additional languages like German will be considered as a plusGood team spirit and interpersonal skillsSAP basic knowledge, good knowledge in Office 365What we offer you :Dynamic and daily interactions with an international environmentPermanent contract, company yearly bonus, insurances package,
hourly flexibility, lavoro da remoto max 2 days/week (after training period), internal canteen, free M2 shuttleReserved agreements and discounts with the major market playersThe expected salary level for the position is 2^ according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, with a starting salary of 33.000; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
