-- Mission The Mission of the Logistics Manager is to oversee and develop the daily operational logistics of the Product Company Padova, ensuring excellence in People, Logistics, Quality, SHE, and Customer Satisfaction.
By driving digitalization and operational excellence, the manager aims to continuously improve logistics processes and develop further the logistics operations into a world-class standard, being able to follow the changing business needs.
The Logistics Manager is committed to foster a 'Safety First' and 'Quality First' culture, while achieving ambitious operational and strategic targets.
The Logistics Manager prioritizes efficient logistics flows and a high-performing, agile organization, ensuring financial control over costs to build an efficient and robust logistics foundation.
Ultimately, the Logistics Manager strives to deliver reliable and timely logistics services, meeting and exceeding customer expectations for 3 different Divisions (Portable Power Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Experience in project management; PMP certification is preferred and will be considered a strong asset Ability to analyze logistics data, KPIs,



and performance metrics to identify trends, drive decision-making, and implement corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Proficiency in logistics technology platforms, including ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)and supply chain analytics tools Ownership, accountability and continuous improvement orientation Customer focus and collaboration attitude Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and AI technologies.
Excellent command of both Italian and English is mandatory.
