ph3Your Tasks /h3 ul liCarrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work throughout the resort /li liEnsuring the proper functioning of all technical systems and facilities /li liPerforming minor repairs in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas /li liMaintaining and caring for the resort buildings and outdoor areas /li liSupporting construction, renovation and refurbishment projects with general maintenance work /li liCoordinating and supervising external contractors and technical service providers /li liOperating professional cleaning machines for large surface areas /li liResponsible for waste management and seasonal outdoor maintenance, such as lawn mowing /li liDocumenting maintenance work and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards /li liSupporting the luggage service for our guests /li liWorking closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and all operational departments /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liIdeally, experience in a comparable position within the upscale hospitality industry /li liWarm, professional and service-oriented attitude towards guests and colleagues /li liResilience,
