pPEOPLE, an international manufacturing group, is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its Padua plant to align site HR activities with Group HR strategy.
You will lead a two-person HR team, partner with Plant Manager and Leadership Team, and drive workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and HR budgeting while ensuring compliance with Italian labour law.
