/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee procurement operations: Manage purchasing and inventory of general merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels /li liAlign with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with the Chef and hotel management to align purchases with hotel needs and specifications /li liManage supplier relationships: Secure competitive pricing, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods /li liEnsure quality control: Review shipments to confirm products meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards /li liLead and develop the team: Recruit,
