/h3 pThe Candidate, In Coordination With The Rest Of The Team, Will Provide Legal Support And Assistance To Internal Departments In The Following Areas: /p ul limergers/spin-offs, sale and purchase of stakes in companies, business units or strategic assets, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions /li liAntitrust, Foreign Direct Investment, and Foreign Subsidies Regulation /li liextraordinary financing transactions (medium- to long-term loan agreements and debt capital markets transactions) and ordinary financing (unsecured credit lines, factoring, guarantees and ISDA agreements) /li /ul h3What Are We Looking For?
/h3 pbEducation: /b Master's degree in Law, Admission to the bar /p pbBackground: /b 5 years of experience in MA, regulatory, and finance /p pbLanguages: /b English language proficiency (C-1) /p pbTechnical/IT Knowledge: /b Knowledge and experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools /p h3What We Can Offer To You /h3 ul liPermanent Contract – CCNL Energia e Petrolio /li liFor home office contract:
