/li liMinimum five years experience in Energy Utility.
/li liDemonstrated problem?solving in business process optimization (e.g., electricity, integrated water services, Oil Gas).
/li liKnowledge of ISO*****, ISO*****, ROSS, cost?vantaggi analysis, ESG, and energy retail.
/li liUnderstanding of best?practice organizational models and processes in the sector.
/li liExperience in consulting and proven project management skills as a Project Manager on complex projects.

/li liStrong organisational and sustainable team management skills; result?oriented with analytical approach.
/li liAbility to inspire and motivate both technical and non?technical teams.
/li liEnglish proficiency B2 or higher.
