ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an IT Cybersecurity Manager based in Milan to support the consolidation and evolution of RIMOND's IT landscape.
The role will contribute to the implementation of IT governance, infrastructure management, cybersecurity initiatives, and digital transformation projects across the Group.
Working closely with senior management and external service providers, the successful candidate will help improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and support the standardization of IT processes.
The position combines operational responsibilities with project coordination activities and requires a proactive, hands?on approach in a fast?growing international environment.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbIT Operations Infrastructure /b /p ul liSupport the implementation of the Group IT roadmap and operational initiatives /li liCoordinate external IT service providers, monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and issue resolution /li liSupport IT budget tracking and reporting activities /li liContribute to the standardization and governance of IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, cloud services, and end?user devices /li liManage IT assets (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) and maintain accurate inventory records /li liSupport software license administration and optimization activities /li liCoordinate internal IT support processes, ticket management,



and user requests /li liIdentify opportunities to improve IT processes and digital efficiency across the organization /li /ul pbCybersecurity Compliance /b /p ul liSupport the implementation and maintenance of information security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC ***** principles /li liCoordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing activities, and security reviews with external partners /li liAssist in maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery procedures /li liSupport compliance initiatives related to GDPR, NIS2, and other applicable regulations /li liContribute to incident management, security awareness, and access governance processes /li liCollaborate with external cybersecurity providers to monitor and improve the organization's security posture /li /ul pbApplications Digital Systems /b /p ul liSupport administration of the BIM/Autodesk ecosystem (Revit, BIM 360/ACC), including licensing and user management /li liCollaborate with external partners and business stakeholders on SAP HANA?related activities /li liSupport the management of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments /li liAssist with integrations between business applications and document management systems /li liContribute to the adoption and improvement of collaboration and productivity tools /li liMaintain core IT security controls, including MFA,



backup verification, access management, and account administration /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, IT operations, or cybersecurity?related roles /li liExperience coordinating external IT vendors and service providers /li liGood understanding of cloud environments, networks, endpoints, and enterprise IT systems /li liExperience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 /li liExperience with IT asset management and software licensing administration /li liKnowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, identity and access management, and security best practices /li liAbility to work independently in evolving and non?structured environments /li liStrong problem?solving skills and hands?on attitude /li liGood communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non?technical stakeholders /li liAvailability for occasional international travel (UAE, Japan, UK) /li /ul h3Compensation and Employment Terms /h3 pThe employment level and compensation package will be determined based on the requirements of the role, the candidate's skills, qualifications, and professional experience.
The gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €45,000 to €55,000, in addition to any benefits and contractual provisions provided under the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL).
