ppWe are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite end-user, office infrastructure, /p passet management, and project-based support.
The role involves troubleshooting, device /p plifecycle management, office IT infrastructure support, inventory management, and /p pcoordination with remote technical teams and third-party vendors.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3End-User Support /h3 ul liProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals /li liProvision, deploy, replace, and decommission IT equipment.
/li liTroubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues.
/li liCoordinate escalations with Level 2 support teams.
/li /ul h3Office Infrastructure Support /h3 ul liSupport office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV, and /li liworkplace technologies.
/li liInstall, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points, and related /li liAssist with smart office solutions, digital signage, and conference room technologies.




/li liCoordinate with vendors and support scheduled maintenance activities.
/li /ul h3Asset Management /h3 ul liReceive, register, label, image, deploy, track, and maintain IT assets.
/li liConduct inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records.
/li liCoordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal, and stock management.
/li liEnsure compliance with asset management policies and audit requirements.
/li /ul h3Project Site Support /h3 ul liSupport office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations, and infrastructure /li /ul pprojects.
/p ul liAssist with business events, demonstrations, and technology deployments.
/li liProvide remote hands support and escort third-party vendors when required.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liExperience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT infrastructure.
/li liBasic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, access points).
