/p pFor more information, please visit /p h3Role Description /h3 pWe are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our Multi Family Office team based in Milan.
/p pThe selected candidate will play a central role in the construction and management of client portfolios and in providing investment advice, working closely with clients while contributing to the implementation of the Group's investment strategies.
/p pThe role combines portfolio management responsibilities with direct client interaction, ensuring that investment strategies are implemented in line with the Group's models, frameworks and policies, while at the same time being tailored to the specific needs and profile of each client.
/p pThe Portfolio Manager will operate with a high degree of autonomy while collaborating closely with the CEO, the CIO and the Group's global investment teams based in the United States, the United Kingdom and other international offices.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbInvestment Management /b /p ul liImplement investment strategies across discretionary portfolios within the framework of the Group's guidelines and portfolio models.
/li liDefine strategic and tactical asset allocation and optimize risk/return profiles.
/li liGenerate investment ideas aligned with the Group's vision and proprietary frameworks, in coordination with the CIO and global investment teams.
/li liProvide clients with investment advice consistent with Group models and policies.
/li liContinuously monitor financial markets and relevant investment solutions.
/li liConduct manager selection activities.
/li /ul pbPortfolio Monitoring and Reporting /b /p ul liAnalyze performance, monitor deviations vs. benchmarks, and ensure mandate compliance.
/li liSupervise delegated portfolios managed by external managers.
/li liPrepare periodic reports and ad?hoc analyses for clients, CEO, CIO and committees.
/li /ul pbClient Relationship, Prospect Engagement and Internal Coordination /b /p ul liMaintain direct and regular interaction with end clients, presenting investment decisions, results and market views through periodic and/or ad hoc meetings.
/li liWhere required, participate in meetings,
presentations, webinars and business development initiatives involving prospective clients.
/li liPrepare presentations and documentation for client and prospect meetings.
/li liCoordinate with the Head of the MFO and senior specialists from other offices to support client? and prospect?related activities.
/li liTranslate Group macro and thematic guidance into proposals aligned with client objectives, constraints and risk profiles.
/li liAdopt materials and updates produced by global teams.
/li liCollaborate with compliance, risk management and operational functions.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Finance or related fields.
/li liAt least 6 years of experience in portfolio management, wealth management or asset management.
/li liStrong knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments; proficient in Bloomberg, Morningstar and advanced Excel.
/li liFluent in English with strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international professional environment.
/li liAutonomous, responsible, rigorous and adherent to Group models and policies.
/li liExcellent relational and communication skills for interactions with private clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
/li liProfessional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, EFPA) are considered a plus.
