ppWe are looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our Cold Rolling Downstream Team, supporting the preparation and coordination of technical offers in line with client requirements, internal standard and cost estimates.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate the technical development of proposals, ensuring alignment between client specifications, internal standards, and supplier input.
/liliDefine and validate preliminary plant layouts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and technical constraints.
/liliSupport risk analysis activities, contributing to the identification of technical and execution risks.
/liliInterface with Engineering to consolidate technical documentation, material lists, and scope definition.
/liliEnsure consistency between technical scope and cost estimates, identifying gaps or optimization opportunities.
/liliPrepare and integrate technical documentation for the final offer submission.
/liliMonitor progress of proposal development, ensuring timely execution and corrective actions when required.
/liliContribute to the evaluation of suppliers' quotations and technical alignment.
/liliCollaborate with Proposal, Technical and Commercial Managers in the final validation and submission of the offer.
/liliProvide feedback to RD on product improvements and innovation opportunities.
/liliContribute to market and technology monitoring within the cold rolling sector.
/li /ulh3What we ask for /h3ulliDegree in Industrial,



Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
/liliGood knowledge of contract types and their main features, including international contracts.
/liliKnowledge of CRM and SAP is mandatory.
/liliKnowledge of CAD Software, basic automation and data analysis tools is considered a plus.
/liliFluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
/liliStrong teamwork, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
