ph3Job Description /h3pAs we continue to evolve our client portfolio and expand, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a talented Reporting Data Automation Specialist, who will be contributing to the growth of the company in the Italian market.
In this role, you will be responsible for the evolution of the company's reporting systems, with the goal of increasing their quality, reliability, and level of automation, while reducing manual activities and improving the integration of data coming from multiple sources.
You will combine strong Excel skills, IT capabilities, and process vision, acting as a bridge between Finance, Controlling, Credit Management, and technical/IT infrastructures.
/ppStep by step you will take on several activities bringing your invaluable contribution to our daily operations: /pulliAutomate data collection and consolidation processes (e.g., from ERP, management systems, external sources) /liliDesign, develop, and maintain structured and automated reporting systems based on databases and integrated data flows (data extraction, normalization, aggregation), transforming manual reports into advanced, dynamic, scalable models for: economic–financial analyses, performance KPIs, margin analysis and cost controlling /liliImprove data quality (accuracy, consistency, traceability, reconciliations) /liliDevelop dashboards and periodic reports for Management and for the operational functions of the AFC and Credit Management areas /liliSupport internal and external audits /liliCollaborate with IT and external providers to integrate systems and optimize data sources,



while maintaining finance ownership of the figures /liliSupporting the launch of new ideas and projects to grow the business /liliBe active and ready to take on new challenges in other areas of MET should this become your desire /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBSc or MSc in Statistics or Economics, with a strong academic track record /lili5 years of relevant experience in similar roles /liliFamiliarity with financial reporting and management control (budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis) /liliAbility to read and interpret the Income Statement and Balance Sheet /liliData integration from ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Navision, Business Central) and management systems /liliHands?on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and CRM/Salesforce platforms, will be considered a plus /liliSharp analytical and data?driven mindset with a strong financial and business partnering acumen /liliStrong attention to accuracy, combined with autonomy, reliability, and a high sense of confidentiality /liliProven capacity to work effectively under recurring deadlines in a fast?paced environment /liliFluent in Italian with a strong command of English /liliProficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pIn this role, you will have the opportunity to make a big impact to the overall results of the company.
