ph3Job Summary /h3 pThe Quality Manager is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities.
The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures.
The Quality Manager works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations.
/li liEnsure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures.
/li liLead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances.
/li liSupport Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

ul liISO **** /li liISO ***** /li liISO ***** /li liCustomer requirements /li liIndustry standards /li liInternal management system procedures /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience Skills /h3 ul liHNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management or related discipline.
/li liFormal training in root cause analysis and problem solving.
/li liUnderstanding and application of lean Six Sigma tools, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve Control) principles and applications.
/li liExperience in a quality engineering, quality supervision or quality leadership role within manufacturing.
