ph3Automotive Design Project Manager /h3h3What will be your main responsibilities?
/h3ulliBe the organizing link between the Chinese clients and the MARC Milan design team.
Actively participating in all stages of the process while upholding the timeline, manage deadline and inputs from partners.
/liliHelp translate and share complex technical and cultural information.
/liliWillingness to understand the design activities, working from initial concepts through to production-ready designs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
/liliBring strong team enthusiasm and a curious mindset, focusing on establishing a seamless process through well defined deadlines and collaboration.
/liliAssist in communicate and present internally design concepts effectively, ensuring clear and consistent understanding.
/liliDevelop a solid knowledge of the Chinese automotive market.
/liliTravel to China or other project related locations a few times per year to support projects, conduct benchmarking, and engage with the HQ design team.
/li /ulh3What are the skills required for this position?
/h3ulliA solid background in project management, preferably within automotive design.
/liliA deep understanding of China and Chinese culture.




/liliA strong proactive mindset.
/liliA deep interest for car design.
/liliWillingness to help with the translation between English and Chinese.
/liliInterest in strategic thinking.
/liliProblem-solving abilities.
/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
/liliA team player who can also work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
/liliFluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
/liliAbility to work in a multicultural and international environment.
