Position: Sales Assistant – Milano Galleria Boutique, Christian Dior Couture

Job Responsibilities

-
- Manage client relationships in the boutique, driving sales and representing the brand image with accurate product and event information.
- Mentor new team members by providing training and coaching in Dior induction processes.
- Build customer loyalty through CRM actions, including contact information collection, follow‑up activities, event organization, and idea generation.
- Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment offering best‑in‑class service in person, by phone, and via e‑communication.




- Problem‑solve in partnership with the team to resolve client issues to the agevolazioni of the business and customer.

Qualifications

-
- Knowledge of selling techniques.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency with Office 360 and basic digital software.
- Strong communication, empathy, and agile mindset, and ability to develop lasting relationships.
- Ambition to grow in luxury retail, positive attitude, team‑working approach, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn. xysqume
- Strong drive for business results, passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison, and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
