Overview
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who provides on-site technical and engineering support to customers for hardware and software products.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of machinery and electronic equipment
Diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems
Installation of complex equipment
Collaboration with the team to improve processes and technical solutions
Availability for on-call shifts and travel within the national territory
Qualifications
Experience in mechanics, electronics and IT
Good manual skills and troubleshooting skills
Desire to learn and get involved
Availability for on-call shifts and travel
Turin area
What We Offer
Permanent Contract




The position is classified at level 2 of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for employees of companies in the tertiary sector of distribution and services, CNEL code H011.
The gross annual salary for the role ranges between 35,000 and 42,000 euros.
The final starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
Additional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable regulations, the relevant CCNL and company policies.
