ppWe are looking for a bProject Manager /b to join our Project Management team.
The mission of the role is to successfully manage assigned projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from project handover through execution and final delivery, ensuring that scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are achieved in line with Company targets.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the successful delivery of both system supply projects and customized engineered solutions, meeting contractual obligations, project scope, schedule and budget requirements.
/li liParticipate in and support the final stages of the bidding process, ensuring an effective handover to the execution phase by clearly defining project scope, objectives and deliverables together with all relevant stakeholders.
/li liLiaise with Engineering Managers to ensure the technical feasibility of projects and the timely availability and allocation of the required resources.
/li liDevelop, independently or with the support of the Project Planner, detailed project execution plans, defining realistic schedules and milestones to be shared with customers and project team members.
/li liDevelop and implement comprehensive project risk management plans, identifying mitigation actions and escalating critical issues to Management whenever necessary.
/li liSupport the Procurement Department in the sourcing of key project materials, contributing to budget definition, contractual negotiations and supplier relationship management.
/li liFoster effective communication among project team members, customers and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liPrepare and maintain project dashboards using the Company's project management tools, monitoring project budgets, forecasts and profitability KPIs.
/li liMonitor and control project performance from both operational and financial perspectives, proposing corrective actions whenever required in collaboration with the relevant internal functions.
/li liTrack project progress in terms of schedule, scope, quality and overall execution.
/li liLead regular project review meetings to assess progress against the project plan and provide clear direction and feedback to the project team.
/li liProvide Management with regular updates on project performance, financial results and key risks.
/li liManage project scope changes by assessing their impact on schedule, costs and profitability, coordinating any required revisions with Management.
/li liPrepare project close-out reports and Lessons Learned documentation to capture best practices and support continuous improvement across future projects.
/li liEnsure projects are executed in compliance with the Company's Environment, Health Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, with the support of the dedicated EHS function.
/li liEnsure full compliance with applicable Export Compliance regulations and internal Company procedures throughout project execution.
/li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Management Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or Automation Engineering.
/li liPrevious experience in a similar Project Management role is preferred.
/li liProfessional experience within the Oil Gas and/or Power Generation industries will be considered a strong advantage.
