ph3Technical Support Product Specialist - Yacht/Megayacht /h3 pMarket leader in marine products for OEM, yards and architects.
/p h3Offerta /h3 pThe successful candidate will play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, supporting both existing solutions and the development of new models for international markets.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead development projects for new products, from concept definition through industrialization and start of production (SOP).
/li liDefine technical specifications and aesthetic requirements in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
/li liCoordinate and manage suppliers involved in tooling, molds, matrices, and electronic components.
/li liOversee quality assurance activities and certification processes for new products.
/li liProvide technical support to Marketing for product launches, presentations, and promotional materials.
/li /ul h3Technical Customer Support /h3 ul liProvide on-site technical assistance and training during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
/li liCreate and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and multimedia content (repair or maintenance videos).
/li liCollaborate with engineering teams, installers, and shipyards to solve complex integration and application issues.
/li liAct as a technical point of reference for complex claims, critical interventions, and urgent field issues.
/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liPrevious experience and passion for Yacht/MegaYacht Industry /li liProven experience in technical support and new product development roles.




/li liSolid technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
/li liExperience in supplier management, negotiation, and cost analysis.
/li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
/li liFluency in English and Italian, with the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation.
