/p h3General Profile /h3 pWe are looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation (0–2 years of experience).
The ideal candidate is willing to develop bhands?on expertise in system integration, testing, and commissioning within a high?tech manufacturing environment.
/b /p pThe role focuses on supporting the integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines through to final installation.
Working closely with cross?functional teams, you will develop strong technical, analytical, and problem?solving skills in an international, high?tech semiconductor environment.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport full system integration to ensure compliance with technical specifications,
on?time delivery, and quality standards through to final installation.
/li liPerform functional, operational, and system?level testing, including calibration, verification, and troubleshooting of sub?assemblies and complete systems.
/li liDiagnose and resolve system? and component?level issues across electrical, mechanical, optical, and process domains using schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
/li liExecute in?house Customer Acceptance Tests and contribute to validation activities.
/li liTravel to customer sites if needed to support installation, start?up, commissioning, and provide technical assistance.
/li liCollaborate with cross?functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI) to develop, build, and test new systems (prototype, alpha, beta units).
/li liEvaluate system performance, quality, and configuration issues; perform rework, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions, including generating Quality Notifications.
/li liPrepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including test reports, logbooks, and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
/li liFollow and contribute to the improvement of operational procedures, processes, and best practices.
/li liBuild effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
/li liEnsure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a clean and safe workplace and proactively reporting risks or incidents.
/li liStay up to date with manufacturing and engineering processes, supporting continuous learning and ongoing system improvements.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
/p pFor all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
