Your Key Responsibilities - Definition of the sales budget of customers in the area / sector of competence and monitoring to achieve it - Responsibility for turnover and customer margin in the area / sectors of competence - Implementation of sales strategies - Implementation of sales campaigns - Development of new applications and Project Management - Participation in the administrative management of defaulting customers - Technical-commercial support to customers in their area of expertise - Acquisition of new customers and / or new applications - Promotion and presentation of Schaeffler products / services to customers - Be able to present/sell the whole Schaeffler product and service solution portfolio - Gathering information on competitor sales policies - Reporting and wide use of Schaeffler's CRM - Strategic account planning and territory development - Customer relationship management at senior stakeholder level - Consultative selling - Promote customer intimacy and long-term partnershipsYour Qualifications - Degree in Industrial Engineering - Experience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customers - Experience in Defense field - Experience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plus - Good knowledge of English language - Proficient in common software packages and social platforms (i.E.
