Engage in troubleshooting and follow up inquiries in a structured way until the case has been resolved.
/li liProcess and arrange book-ins with customers and schedule deliveries to arrive on-time.
/li liAdvise sales/service teams on available logistics services to meet specific customer shipping requirements (e.g. route coding).
/li liMaintain and coordinate load planning processes with the warehouse and transport provider through supply chain collaboration platforms.
/li liManaging the stock levels in remote stock locations for spare parts and accessories /li liEnsuring reliable stock bookings in remote stock locations,



conduction periodical stock counts and document these for internal audits.
/li liDevelop system knowledge to become first point of contact in inquiries related to stock/consumption and material movement records generated for processes running with remote stock locations.
/li liTakes the necessary steps to provide accurate and up-to-date information about the status of shipments by checking multiple sources such as carrier web tracking, load planning files, excel reports or leveraging direct contact to the forwarder.
/li liIdentify return inquiries and process them until goods are received back at the warehouse and the customer has received his credit.
Process claims against third party logistics providers using the SAP Claim Handling System and follow up the created Accounts Receivables.br/ /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liFormal education as logistics specialist, or equivalent working experience, preferably in spare parts operation.
/li liMinimum 3+ years' experience in working with data from ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.) /li liAdvanced Excel skills /li liStrong command of the English language /li liProficient understanding and know how in logistics processes,
