With online, offline, and hybrid courses, corporate programs and work and events spaces we offer an unparalleled vision to combine work life and learning. /p pFounded in Italy in 2011, Talent Garden has trained over 25,000 professionals in digital skills and business innovation, developed tailored corporate education programs for Fortune 500 companies, and built a network of 11 campuses in 4 countries, hosting over 4,500 innovators from startups, corporate labs, investors, and SMEs. /p h3The role /h3 pWe are on the lookout for our new Head of Administration Accounting to lead our Accounting team, one of our key staff functions. /p pIn this role, your mission will be to ensure robust and compliant administrative and financial operations, supervising accounting and tax activities while guiding the Accounting team in supporting all business units with accurate and timely processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pReporting directly to our CFO, you will: /p ul liLead the Accounting and Administration function, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations /li liOversee the preparation of statutory financial statements, including consolidated reporting, in collaboration with external consultants and auditors /li liSupervise the full procure-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles, including invoice management, supplier payments, and revenue operations /li liEnsure correct usage and data integrity across financial systems, especially ERP (Netsuite) and CRM (Hubspot) /li liCoordinate and oversee administrative processes related to B2B and B2C contracts, ensuring that the Accounting and Administration team executes them accurately and on time /li liSupport the business with timely, compliant documentation for legal,
audit, and tax purposes /li liLead and mentor a team of two people, ensuring process efficiency, accountability, and continuous development /li liServe as the main point of contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors in all countries where we operate (Italy, Spain, and Denmark) /li liCollaborate closely with other internal teams to ensure alignment on workflows, deadlines, and data accuracy /li /ul h3About you /h3 pYou are a senior expert in administration and finance, with strong economic and financial knowledge and the ability to bring structure where it's needed. /p pOn top of this, you have: /p ul liAt least 8 years of experience in administration and finance, including a proven track record in a leadership role at an organization of similar size (around 100 people) /li liDeep knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory compliance, with experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements (including consolidated accounts) — prior auditing experience is a strong plus /li liSolid experience with ERP systems (ideally Netsuite) and confidence working with operational tools in the Google Workspace stack /li liAbility to navigate complexity, take ownership, and get things done in unstructured contexts /li liFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot, especially in relation to order-to-cash workflows /li liExperience managing and developing small teams, with a clear focus on accountability and process improvement /li liPrecision, reliability,
and a strong sense of ownership — you don't wait for clarity, you help create it /li liNative proficiency in Italian and full professional proficiency in English /li liBased in Milan or able to be regularly present at our Milan office /li /ul h3You will love this role if /h3 pYou enjoy taking responsibility for tangible results and seeing the impact of your decisions on stabilizing the existing platform.
