/p pOperate in a fast‑paced and evolving environment, contributing to innovation while staying aligned with the latest advancements in Microsoft AI and cloud technologies. #LI-hybrid /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in design and architecture of enterprise solutions on Power Platform. /li liKnowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Logic Apps) and their use in cloud architectures. /li liExperience in complex project delivery, with involvement in technical design and implementation phases. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions. /li liAbility to interact with clients and stakeholders, supporting them across all project phases from discovery to delivery. /li liExperience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar). /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem. /li liWillingness to travel for short, medium, or long‑term assignments. /li liEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in project coordination or management, including planning, tracking, and risk management. /li liKnowledge of other Microsoft solutions (i.e., Dynamics 365 / SharePoint Online / etc.). /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts. /li liExperience in leading technical teams within structured delivery contexts.

It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level.
