HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, supports its clients in their digital transformation and business process optimization by providing consulting services and implementing Service Now solutions.
HSPI is looking for a Junior Developer to join its team at the Traona (CO), Italy office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop applications on the Service Now platform;
- Customize platform features and workflows;
- Support development and testing activities;
- Collaborate with the technical team on the implementation of new projects;
- Learn Service Now development best practices and methodologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma in Computer Science or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Java Script or at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C#, Python, or similar;
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Soft Skills:
- Strong learning attitude and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with personal or academic software development projects;
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases;
- Familiarity with Git.

The position is offered as a 6-month extracurricular internship, with a monthly internship allowance of €1.000.
