/ppWe are seeking a bMaterial Production Planner Coordinator /b to join our team in Rovereto (TN).
/ph3bMISSION /b /h3pEnsure on-time fulfillment of customer demand by delivering effective production plans and securing material availability /ph3bMAIN RESPONSABILITIES /b /h3pLead and develop a team of four Production and Material Planners, ensuring effective workload distribution, clear priorities and continuous professional growth.
/ppCoordinate daily and weekly planning activities, promoting collaboration across Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales.
/ppbProduction Planning: /b /ppOversee the planning and scheduling of assembly and machining operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
/ppMonitor production capacity utilization, balancing demand, available resources and production constraints.
/ppDefine and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with customer demand, business priorities and manufacturing capacity.
/ppPlan critical product lines and support the introduction of new products and industrialization projects.




/ppMaintain and continuously optimize MRP planning parameters to improve planning accuracy and system performance.
/ppMonitor production order execution, prioritize manufacturing orders according to business needs and define recovery plans for overdue orders.
/ppConfirm customer delivery dates in collaboration with Sales, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.
/ppbMaterial Planning: /b /ppOversee the material planning process to ensure the timely availability of direct materials required for production.
/ppDirectly manage the planning and procurement of critical materials to minimize supply risks and production disruptions.
/ppCoordinate with Purchasing to prioritize supplier actions for critical components and optimize purchasing lot sizes according to inventory targets and production requirements.
/ppSupport inventory optimization initiatives by balancing material availability, stock levels and working capital objectives.
/ppCoordinate daily and weekly material planning activities to ensure full alignment with the production schedule.
/ppManage material shortages and delivery issues by coordinating actions across Production, Purchasing and Warehouse.
/ppIdentify and implement improvements to planning processes, MRP parameters and planning methodologies.




/ppMonitor KPIs and support the Supply Chain Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
/ppContribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving service levels, inventory performance and planning efficiency.
/ph3bREQUIREMENTS /b /h3pBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
/pp4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
/ppPrevious experience coordinating or leading a planning team is preferred.
/ppStrong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning methodologies.
/ppExperience with SAP is preferred.
/ppAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
/ppExcellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
/ppAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

/ph3bCOMPENSATION PACKAGE /b /h3pThe annual compensation range for this position isb€37,000 - €41,000 /b, with additional benefits.
/ppThis compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
