/ppThe Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with MA Department and Business Unit General Management.
/ppThe Strategic Projects Integration team is looking for abProject Manager /b to work on TeamSystem business developments initiatives and on the value creation plan, with a cross-functional scope and the opportunity to interact with all Business Units and Top Management.
/ph3In particular, you will: /h3ulliLead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear requirements, defined scope, and measurable value.
/liliDrive end-to-end project execution by planning timelines, managing milestones and dependencies, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment across business units.
/liliPerform business and data analysis to support decision-making, identify improvement opportunities, and track value realization through data-driven insights.
/liliMonitor risks,



issues and changes while promoting continuous process improvement and delivering projects on time, with high quality and in line with governance standards.
/li /ulh3What skills are we looking for?
/h3ulli5+ years of experience in a PM or project governance role, experience in a consulting firm will be considered a plus /liliPrevious experiences in MA and integration functions will be considered a plus /liliExperience in managing multiple priorities and workstreams with goal-oriented approach /liliAdvanced reporting and analytical skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Jira) /liliAdvanced proficiency in English (C1 level) /li /ulpSkills are important, but they are not enough.
