ppAs an Expert Planning – DTC, you will take ownership of the integrated project schedule for large and complex Data Center projects.
Acting as the planning authority, you will lead schedule development, governance, and control across all project phases while supporting strategic decision-making through schedule analysis and forecasting.
Working closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery.
/ph3Explore your tasks and responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated resource-loaded master schedules using Primavera P6 /liliLead schedule governance and ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures /liliCoordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams /liliConduct critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and schedule risk assessments /liliProvide schedule reporting, progress analysis, forecasts, and mitigation plans to project and senior management /liliSupport claims management, change management, and schedule impact assessments /liliContribute to bid and tender schedules as well as project execution strategies /liliMentor and guide planners within project teams /liliDrive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates,
and best practices /liliRepresent the Planning Scheduling function in client and stakeholder meetings /li /ulh3Show your expertise /h3ulliDegree in Engineering or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience /liliMinimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale capital projects /liliExperience within hyperscale Data Center, DTC, or high-tech industrial projects is strongly preferred /liliAdvanced expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies /liliStrong knowledge of planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, and forensic schedule analysis /liliUnderstanding of construction sequencing, project execution, and commissioning strategies /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills /liliStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities /liliVery good written and spoken English and Italian is required /liliWillingness to travel and support project activities on-site when required /li /ulpThe salary range for this position is between € 52'500 and € 61'600 gross per year (full-time).
The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
