/ph3What you'll do /h3pEvery day, semiconductors and technology products move across borders into some of the most tightly regulated markets in the world — and it's compliance specialists like you who make sure those shipments are legal, documented, and defensible.
As our Junior Trade Compliance Specialist EMEA, you'll support Arrow's compliance and risk management team in ensuring international shipments meet EU and U.S. export control laws, working alongside national export authorities across Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France, the UK, and others.
You'll join a distributed EMEA compliance team spanning multiple countries, focused on Compliance Risk Management, Export License Management, and Customer Controls across Arrow's global businesses — with plenty of support as you build your expertise.
/ph3What you'll be doing /h3ulliProcess global supply chain partner reviews, including restricted/denied parties list matches and due diligence verifications /liliCollect, review, and vet End Use Statements /liliMonitor and clear transactions day-to-day in line with applicable laws and regulations /liliAnalyze transactional reports /liliSupport the preparation and submission of government license applications and reports,



with growing complexity as you gain experience /liliRespond to internal compliance requests /liliClassify commodities based on EU/US Dual-Use lists /liliConduct and document due diligence for partners and transactions /li /ulh3What we're looking for /h3ulli1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or International Trade /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field /liliBusiness fluency in Italian and English /liliFluency preferably in French, or another European language is a plus /liliStrong Excel skills and general MS Office proficiency /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills /liliSelf-starter, comfortable navigating challenging or ambiguous situations /liliOracle experience /liliBackground in customs, logistics, transportation, or HTS/tariff classification /liliInterest in the semiconductor industry and technical affinity /liliAI tools affinity and interest /li /ulh3What's in it for you /h3ulliCompetitive salary, holiday entitlement, and benefits aligned with local standards in your country /liliA permanent contract from day one,
