In this role, you will design analog or mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits, from architecture through qualification, within a collaborative design team. You will optimize architectures for area, power, and performance, and translate specifications into schematics. You’ll lead verification plans, ensure layout routing quality, and contribute to product debug, validation, and release in a high‑reliability, automotive context. This position offers growth through cross‑functional collaboration and exposure to advanced BiCMOS and high‑voltage technologies.
Design analog or mixed‑signal blocks for BMS circuits from architecture to qualification
Propose optimal architectures balancing area, power, and performance
Translate specifications into electrical schematics
Create and execute verification plans (PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC, post-layout)




Validate routing at the layout stage
Participate in product debug, validation, and qualification up to release
Collaborate with Design Architects and other technical groups within NXP
Develop competencies and grow into technical or project leadership roles
10+ years of analog IC design experience
Experience in ADC design, switch capacitors, high‑voltage power management blocks, precise voltage references, CAN physical layer, high/low side drivers
Experience in smart power BiCMOS technologies
Proficiency with Cadence IC tools
Experience in requirement traceability and ISO26262
ready to contribute to a smarter world within automotive tech
