ppFM Ingegneria is seeking a bProject Manager Assistant /b to join its headquarters in Mirano (VE). /p pThe candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager on international projects within the Infrastructure sector, while also collaborating with the design and modeling team. /p h3The candidate will perform the following tasks: /h3 ul liSupport the Project Manager in the ongoing management of each individual project; /li liMonitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and technical compliance; /li liCreate and manage the document control system for project documentation; /li liVerify the consistency of design drawings and documentation; /li liEnsure that the issuance of documents aligns with schedules and contractual requirements; /li liSupport audits, project teams, contractors, and clients on all documentation‑related matters, including preparing presentations to coordinate various inputs and update clients on the project’s progress. /li /ul h3Requirements:



/h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; /li liAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant on construction or infrastructure projects, in either the design or construction phase; /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Power BI is a plus); /li liGood command of written and spoken English (B2 – C1); /li liHigh attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines; /li liGood interpersonal skills. /li /ul pThe type of position and annual salary will be determined during the selection process and based on the candidate’s experience. /p pThis announcement is open to people of all genders, all gender expressions, all ages, and all nationalities. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
