Responsibilities
Manage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems
Ensure security and integrity of Microsoft systems
Manage VMware environment for server virtualization
Maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam
Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
Implement infrastructure solutions for complex issues
Monitor infrastructure performance and manage critical issues
Manage and resolve IT support tickets
Support AS400 system maintenance
Lead ERP implementation and migration projects
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies
Microsoft security expertise
Server management experience
Knowledge of network devices (switches)
Backup management via Veeam
Familiarity with VMware environments
Experience in 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support
Good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing ERP
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Computer Engineering (preferred)
Good knowledge of English
