Magic Engineering is looking for a Hydrogen Project Engineer to join one of our most innovative projects: the development of a green hydrogen production plant.You will support the project from commissioning to future developments, collaborating with technology partners, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.Who we areFrom the experience of Magicmotorsport, a brand internationally recognized in the field of mechatronics and performance, Magic Engineering was born.We develop advanced technological solutions with an engineering approach focused on innovation.Today, we extend this know-how beyond the automotive sector, working on complex systems and emerging technologies while continuing to support industry professionals with innovative tools.Location: Partinico (PA), Sicily - HQRole OverviewThe Hydrogen Project Engineer will be the technical reference for our green hydrogen production project.In this role you will support the plant commissioning phase, working closely with technology partners and specialized suppliers to ensure a successful start-up and efficient operations.
Over time, you will monitor the plant's performance, coordinate scheduled maintenance activities, and contribute to the project's future development, supporting the growth of a technology that is expected to play an increasingly important role in the energy sector.We are looking for a proactive engineer with solid knowledge of industrial plants, strong problem-solving skills,



and a genuine interest in innovative energy technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the start-up of the green hydrogen production plant; Monitor plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and operational reliability; Coordinate suppliers and technical partners during installation, testing, and commissioning activities; Manage technical documentation, certifications, and scheduled maintenance plans; Support the project's evolution and the implementation of future developments; Technical Requirements & Key SkillsDegree in Mechanical, Chemical, Energy Engineering, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in managing industrial plants or complex engineering projects; Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to industrial plants; Experience in coordinating suppliers and technical activities; Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills; Nice to haveExperience in the technical gases, hydrogen, or energy sector; Previous experience in process industries, industrial plant engineering companies, or refineries; Benefits & PerksChallenging projects and growth opportunities; Continuous training and professional development; Company canteen;€20/month for coffee and snack vending machines; Supplementary health insurance; Corporate welfare program; Job OfferInitial 1-year fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment upon achieving shared objectives; The gross annual salary starts from €****** and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall professional profile; Be part of the energy transition.Join Magic Engineering and help develop one of the most innovative green hydrogen projects.
