/p pWe are looking for a bSolution Engineer /b to join our Sales Unit in Italy.
/p pIn this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process, designing material flow solutions and translating customer requirements into tailored technical concepts based on the Interroll platform portfolio.
/p pThis is a highly technical role requiring the ability to interpret technical drawings, develop practical engineering solutions and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production Plants and customers to deliver high-quality material handling projects.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liConsult customers on material handling and intralogistics solutions.
/li liDesign material flow concepts and prepare technical drawings based on the Interroll platform portfolio.
/li liPrepare, review and maintain technical layouts and drawings using CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD 2D/3D).
/li liDevelop the technical scope of customer proposals and support quotation preparation.
/li liProvide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and support Area Sales Managers during customer engagements.
/li liCoordinate order management activities in collaboration with customers, Area Sales Managers Solution and production plants.
/li liEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, competitive and aligned with customer requirements.
/li liSupport project execution by acting as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and customers.
/li /ul h3Background /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical field.
/li liKnowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D or equivalent CAD software.
/li liAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory).
/li liPrevious experience in solution engineering, mechanical design, industrial automation or a similar technical environment is considered an advantage.
/li liKnowledge of material handling, conveyor systems, intralogistics or industrial automation is considered an advantage.
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/li liAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
/li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
/li liHigh level of autonomy, flexibility and customer orientation.
