ph3Senior Manager, Italy Chief Risk Officer, Technology Risk /h3 pIn this role, you will strengthen the 2nd Line of Defense for Technology Risk across the Italian market, shaping risk governance and reporting.
You'll partner with 2LOD teams to align technology risk metrics with the enterprise framework and serve as the main contact for regulators, audits, and LE leadership.
You'll influence policies, support deployment of risk programs, and oversee remediation in collaboration with cross?functional teams.

and risk appetite reviews /li liCommunicate risks between ILE and Enterprise effectively /li liSupport the ILE CRO's oversight and remediation review of Technology Risks /li liLead 2nd Line oversight for Regulatory Change Management related to Technology Risk /li liDevelop LE metrics dashboards aligned with regulatory requirements /li liPerform second level reviews of IT/IS/Data/AI/Business Disruption risk questionnaires for Regulators /li liParticipate in incident communication channels for regulatory notifications (e.g., DORA) /li li5+ years of leadership in risk management or similar /li liStrong business acumen with risk–reward perspective /li liExperience interacting with regulators and Italian regulatory familiarity /li liKnowledge of Italian and EU regulatory landscape (technology, data, cybersecurity, resilience, AI risk) including FCA/PRA, DORA, GDPR, EU AI Act, Italian AI Regulation Framework /li liUnderstanding of risk assessment methodologies and industry standards /li liExperience with GRC tools (e.g. Archer / ServiceNow) /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities under pressure /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liAdvanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred /li liIndustry certifications in cybersecurity, operational resilience, BCM, DR or AI risk management preferred /li liStrong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills /li liEligibility to work in Italy without sponsorship /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
