ph3Overview /h3 pBolton Food / F Abr/Milano, ITbr/Business Controller /p pWe are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team within the Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.
/p h3How you make the difference /h3 pIn this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Controlling team, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support for the Business Unit.
/p h3What Your Agenda Looks Like /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for your perimeter; /li liPerform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results; /li liAnalyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances; /li liPrepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making; /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data; /li liContribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.
/li /ul h3Your Team /h3 pYou will report directly to our Finance Senior Manager.
/p h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liEducation: Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field /li liExperience: at least 4 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles /li liTechnical skills:
