/p pFor our Italian office located in Trescore Balneario (Bergamo), we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Project Logistics.
/p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liActive work looking for new customers in the Italian focus market region majoring in selling Project Logistics services.
/li liEstablishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the customers.
/li liAttraction of new customers, retention and development of customers.
Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives.
/li liConclusion and maintenance of contracts,



negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and related agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
/li liIdentification of regularity of Customer's needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer's portfolio.
/li liEvaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
/li liUsage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
/li /ul h3Skills/Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years experience in Project Logistics Sales.
/li liGood knowledge of English.
/li liProven knowledge of freight forwarding industry.
/li liDeep knowledge of Project Logistics transportation.
/li liExceptional problem solving and negotiation skills.
/li liProactive approach.
/li liAbility to work both individually and in a team.
