Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects involving utilities, HVAC, equipment, electrical infrastructure, and automation systems, balancing technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule commitments Manage project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to installation, qualification, and handover Ensure compliance with GMP/Gx P requirements, quality standards, data integrity principles, and applicable EHS regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HSE, and Procurement to deliver effective technical solutions Manage relationships with engineering contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, scope, quality, and timelines Advise and approve strategy for deviations resolution and CAPAs implementation Requirements Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline Not less than 2 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or plant engineering/operations, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals,



or food manufacturing Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus Good knowledge of Gx P regulatory requirements and qualification activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook), and experience using Auto CAD Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project) is considered an advantage English language proficiency at B1 level or higher Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindset Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects within regulated industries, ensuring compliance with GMP/Gx P requirements and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong focus on quality standards and cost efficiency.
