In this role you will own the PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis in the EMEA region, coordinating across global and regional teams to align technical requirements with OEM needs. You will drive engineering quality from homologation to mass production and act as the OE voice in cross-functional forums. You will also pursue new OEM opportunities and accelerate engagement with emerging players, while promoting sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Own PC4 OE Consumer Engineering activities for Stellantis accounts

Collaborate with Sales to ensure seamless account management at Global and Regional levels

Gather clear, timely technical requirements from OEMs and keep technical centers informed

Schedule and conduct regular OEM meetings and report progress to Top Management





Manage technical and quality responsibilities from homologation to mass production (PPAP & QPRs)

Oversee technical documentation using Data Base & SharePoint with Operations

Represent OE Engineering in Cross Functional Teams (CFT) within BS Corporation

Project management to ensure timely completion of engineering activities and achievement of objectives

Identify new business opportunities from OEM and market trends; support medium/long-term plans

Lead activities to support Consumer business in Europe and engage with emerging OEMs and Start-Ups

Act as Sustainability OE function: coordinate actions in sustainability forums and liaise with OEMs

Bachelor in Engineering

Minimum 5 years in an international R&D;/Engineering position

Strong track record in R&D;/Engineering, ideally automotive

Fluent in English; Italian and French recommended

Soft skills: customer-oriented, results-driven, highly organized, able to work in a matrix environment

Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and influence skills
