Jobtailor in Italy seeks an Applications Support specialist to handle 1+ year experience role. You'll manage requests and incidents, analyze and resolve issues across Linux and Windows environments, and collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot problems.
You will develop automation scripts in Bash and Python, contribute to monitoring dashboards with Elastic, Kibana and Splunk, and participate in platform evolution projects using new technologies.
