What you will be doing Developing seasonal joint business plans with Brand Centers and Value Dealers to grow key Apparel & Protective product categories.
Executing strategic account plans to expand categories,
drive sell-through, and generate incremental consumer demand.
Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol, including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations.
Ensuring profitable and sustainable retailer-rental growth in your territory.
Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply.
Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams.
Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic's Apparel & Protective lines.
Representing Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Your profile and required competencies Proven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment, with at least 3+ years in account management or a sim
