At Oesía Group, we are growing and looking for talented professionals to join our team!
We are currently seeking a Software Expert to join a high-impact, long-term project in critical systems to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
What are we looking for
8 years of experience in software development (ideally in critical or embedded systems) Availability to relocate to Madrid Proven experience leading software development teams Strong background in software architecture and system design Experience with standards such as DO-178 B/C, PECAL **** or similar Solid understanding of the full software lifecycle (V-Model) Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field
Nice to have: C/C++, RTOS, cybersecurity concepts, DOORS/Visure,



technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR)
As a Software Expert you will act as the technical reference for software, leading the definition and evolution of system architecture while ensuring quality, traceability and compliance.
Lead the software development team Define and evolve system software architecture Ensure software quality across design, coding, testing and documentation Coordinate with HW, Systems and V&V; teams Manage the full software lifecycle Participate in technical reviews and audits #J-*****-Ljbffr
