Integrated Communication Lead - Primary & Specialty Care

We are seeking an Integrated Communication Lead to develop promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns, adapt content to various channels, and analyze digital campaigns to enhance visibility for our brand and company projects.
Responsibilities: Develop promotional materials based on marketing campaigns, tailored to each channel's requirements.
Ensure high-quality, effective communication of messages through developed materials.
Support Brand Managers in social media and website activities for Primary Care Brands, including domain management.
Analyze digital campaign performance based on brand objectives.
Implement communication strategies to increase visibility among internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and supervise the cross-functional team responsible for digital and graphic design,
guiding it toward objectives.
Coordinate with Drug Safety for reporting adverse reactions.
Adhere to legal, deontological, and business regulations governing activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines.
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing or related fields.
Required Skills: Fluent in English; proficient with IT tools and applications.
Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, online advertising, and data analysis.
Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing trends, and technological advancements.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms and performance metrics.
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace and MS Office.
