Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager – Data Center to join our Project Engineering team within the Engineering Department.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating data center projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, technical knowledge of battery energy storage solutions and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including R&D;, Sales, Operations, and Customers.
Key Responsibilities Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for Data Centers.
Serve as the primary point of contact between Pramac and customers during project execution.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.




Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, etc.) to ensure successful project execution.
Develop Project Management Plans and monitor the progress.
Ensure technical compliance with data center requirements and international standards.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and technical specifications.
Support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical input and feasibility assessments for new data center opportunities.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency in project execution.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
5+ years of experience in project management within an industrial or engineering environment; experience in data center or power generation markets is highly preferred.
Strong technical understanding of energy storage systems or backup power solutions.
Proven track record of managing complex, customer-facing projects.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards).
Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites or manufacturing plants.
